We made this because someone we love needed it.
Clearfolk started the way most useful things do — out of necessity. Someone we know was suddenly managing a parent's care, and the tools available were either too clinical, too complicated, or just not designed for a real person in a stressful situation.
So we built something. A simple, clean Google Sheet that did one job — tracked medications, appointments, and contacts in one place. We gave it away to friends in the same situation. They shared it. People asked for more.
That's Clearfolk. We build practical, well-designed tools for the moments in life when you need things to be simple. Each product is built to pass one test: can a stranger pick it up and use it in five minutes, without any help, and actually feel better for having it?
If the answer is no, we keep working on it until it is.

Clearfolk is a small team of people who care deeply about making things that actually work. We have backgrounds in customer experience, analytics, sales operations, and product design. We make things we'd want to use ourselves.
